When you purchase a track from Melonovo, you will receive a license document that acts as proof of your rights to use the track in your media projects.
What You're Getting When You Buy a Track
When you purchase a track from Melonovo, you're receiving permission to use that music in your creative work — not ownership of the music itself. Think of it as long-term usage rights granted to you as a creator, brand, or production team.
You can use the track in as many of your own projects as you want, both personal and commercial, without needing to buy it again. Once you've purchased the license, the track is yours to use creatively whenever it fits.
Usage Rights
The license grants the rights to freely use the music track in your media production, including the ability to monetize your work without any interference from copyright claims.
However, it does not transfer ownership of the track or allow the licensee to claim or release the music as their own.
You're free to include the track in:

There's no renewal, no recurring fee, and no per-project licensing requirements.
What You Cannot Do
There are a few restrictions designed to protect the original copyright of the music. These guidelines ensure that the track remains exclusive to creative usage and isn't misused outside of your productions.
- ✗ Sell, upload, trade, or gift the track as a raw audio file
- ✗ Give the track to someone else to use in their own projects
- ✗ Share it as part of a downloadable asset pack or music bundle
- ✗ Upload the track to content ID platforms as your own
- ✗ Claim to have composed, produced, or authored the piece
- ✗ Use the music in tools or datasets that train AI or machine learning models
- ✗ Use the track in a way that lets others extract it and use it independently
You are buying the right to use the music in your projects, not the rights to redistribute the music itself.
License Details
The license document will automatically include the licensee's name, reflecting the identity of the person or organisation that purchased the track.
Once your project is completed and exported with the music inside, you're free to distribute it anywhere: TV or online ads, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, Netflix-style VOD platforms, cinema screenings and film festivals, internal corporate presentations, paid or unpaid media campaigns.
There's no limit on view count, audience size, country, or format.
